Signature Technologies has offered training courses in different formats to many different types of users in different industries. We have found that the problem with training courses is that customers learn a general approach to using the system but not one specific enough to their plant.
Beginning in 2005 we ceased to offer courses at our facility and now offer courses at the customer facility only and in the format best suited to the customer needs. We also found the expenses of send one person to the customer were much less than sending a group of student to our facility.
